Spring Awakeningsyoga
The arrival of spring is a great time to re-awaken, revisit or add some modifications to your yoga practice. Vinyasa flow yoga sequences offer variety in terms of pacing and postures. You can increase or decrease the intensity of your practice by modifying the pace and length at which you hold strengthening poses.

You can add HIIT (high intensity interval training) to your sequence if you’re looking to make it more aerobic and promote heart health. Add twisting poses like twisting chair (parivritta utkatasana) or any simple twist as a symbol of the transition of the season. With all of these, continue to stay connected with your breathing as a meditative component.

Enjoy your revitalized practice and happy spring!
